There is a difference between a spot and a stain:

     A spot may be a liquid or soil that appears on or around the carpet fiber.

     A stain may be a liquid or soil that has penetrated or soaked into the fiber of the carpet, rug, or upholstery. A stain can change or damage the actual fibers.

It is important for us to know what has caused the spot or stain, if you know that information. The science of carpet and upholstery cleaning has to do with chemistry and the ability to neutralize the spot or stain, whether that be acidic or alkaline.  We would treat a coffee, wine, or watercolor paint accident differently than urine. 

Some stains are simply impossible to remove, but treating the area as quickly as possible can mitigate the damage.

Please remove clutter and breakable items from the area to be cleaned. Additionally, please ensure there is access from the entrance doorway to the area to be cleaned. If you wish the vehicles to be parked in a specific area, please let us know prior to our visit to your home or business.
